Scientific details (including the following items)
  • Description of proposed project (no more than two A4 pages)

  • A description of current research of the applicant, and a statement describing how the intended visit will contribute to the research (no more than one A4 page)

  • A statement by the applicant's supervisor* in the base laboratory in support of the working visit (no more than one A4 page)

  • A statement by the head of the host laboratory* in support of the working visit, including a statement concerning the facilities and environment to be made available to the applicant, and a statement explaining how the science undertaken by the applicant will be funded during the visit (no more than one A4 page)

  • A statement by the applicant's supervisor*indicating that the applicant has appropriate and adequate language skills to communicate in the environment of the host laboratory. Include copies of language proficiency certificates, if appropriate

  • Curriculum Vitae of the applicant, including publications list (no more than two A4 pages)
