Show running between 1st October and 31st March may run Winter qualifiers at no additional cost providing they are running summer qualification rounds at that show. Please complete the Winter affiliation form to request the additional qualifiers.

Affiliation Conditions

The NPS agrees to provide the following for Affiliated shows:

a)Wording for inclusion in the Schedule

b)Validation of the draft schedule and judges

c)The current version of the NPS Official List of Judges and Showing and Competition Rules, Qualification Cards, Result Sheets (hard copies on request) and Silver Medalsand Sponsors Rosettes where applicable.

d)Inclusion on the NPS website’s calendar of events

The Affiliating Show’s promoting body agrees to ensure:

a)The rules of the NPS are observed and applied in full, including appointment of judges.

b)The schedule wording provided will be used.

c)The final Schedule is not printed or issued until approved by the NPS.

d)A copy of the final Schedule will be forwarded to the NPS at before the show

e)The promoting body will complete a risk assessment.

f)That all appropriate regulations relating to health and safety, provision of medical services and supplies and fire precautions will be observed and that adequate first aid cover will be on site prior to classes commencing.

g)The NPS has its own cover to protect its liability, but this does not extend to cover shows affiliated to the NPS. The NPS reserves the right to refuse affiliation.

h)The NPS reserve the right to appoint Special Stewards to your show

i)Return results to the NPS within 7 working days of the end of the show.

j)That the show has adequate public liability insurance cover

b)Please confirm your compliance with the GDPR regulations and that you have sufficient provision for the sharing of entry and results data with the relevant breed societies.
