GET PAID TO TALK!

TELEPHONE CAMPAIGN – NOVEMBER 2017

We are recruiting for students to talk to graduates!

The Directorate for Advancement are looking to appoint a small team of enthusiastic students to chat with graduates on the telephone and collect email addresses as well as raise money for causes important to the University such as the Stirling Fund and the Dementia Fund.

No former experience of telephone fundraising is required; however, a positive and enthusiastic approach is essential. The vast majority of calls are enjoyable and the alumni (former students) will be expecting your call.

Full training will be provided on the evening of Thursday 9th November between 6-9pm which is compulsory but you do get paid! The aim is to provide you with a chance to learn everything you need to know about telephone fundraising and get to know the team.

The calling will take place in Cottrell 2C3 from Monday 13th November -Thursday 30th November on Mon-Thurs evenings 6-9pm. If successful you will be expected to work the majority of the shifts (12 in total).
