ABOUT TRAVEL GRANTS
The Society awards a number of travel grants to individuals to attend the annual meetings of ECCMID and ICAAC.
VALUE AND NUMBER OF AWARDS
ECCMID3 awards each year, each with a maximum value of £1,000
ICAAC2 awards each year, each with a maximum value of £1,500
The BSAC will reimburse expenses, on return, upon submission of original receipts to the Honorary Treasurer.
ELIGIBILITY
Travel grants are restricted to BSAC Members resident in the UK or overseas. Grants will be awarded to individuals attending the conference to give oral or poster presentations. MEMBERS WHO HAVE RECEIVED A TRAVEL GRANT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY THE FOLLOWING YEAR (i.e. if you received a grant in 2013, you will next be eligible to apply in 2015).
The Grants Committee of the Society, who will decide on the awards, will consider Grant applications.
HOW TO APPLY
Please submit 1 electronic copy of the following application form and the attachments listed below to
