  1. A current copy of the Certificate of Title and Plan of Subdivision (within the last 90 days) together with supporting evidence that the easement is vested in Council

  1. Provide a cover letter from the applicant or the relevant building surveyor detailing the proposed building/s to be constructed over the easement

  1. 2 copies of architectural drawings that are highlighted, coloured and notated showing the proposed building/s to be constructed over the easement, inclusive of a site plan layout, floor plan layout, elevations, etc that are dimensioned and scaled to show the following:
  • Plans that specify and dimension the width, extent and type of the easement (eg drainage easement, sewerage easement, etc) vested in council.

Please note: Council may only give consent in relation to an easement vested in Council. If aneasement is vested in multiple authorities separate consent is required from each authority.It may also be necessary to consult with other beneficiaries.
