COST OF EXHIBIT SPACE – EURO Funds

Cost of the exhibition booth (exhibit space) includes cost of the booth (space) itself, general indoor lighting, heating and other public utilities; cost of exhibit area security; insurance of exhibit area against fire and natural calamities for the whole exhibition period, liability insurance against damage to individuals; cost of maintenance staff work; cost of public area cleaning and rubbish removal; cost of agreed additional services; cost of the exhibition promotion campaign.

Registration fee includes: cost of exhibition decoration, expenses of opening and closing ceremonies, expenses of holding the press conference, exhibition presentation and luncheon, information expenses (badges, invitations, etc.). Registration fee includes not less than 10 invitations to the Exhibition, the right to participate in all Exhibition events which do not require special permission of the Organizer, participation in the opening and closing ceremonies; passes which serve as accreditation, entry of Exhibitor’s representatives to the exhibition (1 pass per 3 sq.m. of exhibit space). Additional passes are charged extra.

The cost of catalogue entry includes: publication of obligatory information about Exhibitor (not more than 50 words) in the official catalogue of the exhibition; insertion of information in the Internet catalogue at the official web-site of the exhibition. The cost includes 1 (one) copy of the official catalogue, which is given to Exhibitor.

THIS APPLICATION SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED A CONTRACT OR IN ANY WAY BINDING ON MVK LTD. UNLESS AND UNTIL IT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED IN WRITING BY MVK LTD. AS SET FORTH BELOW. UPON ACCEPTANCE BY MVK LTD., THIS APPLICATION SHALL CONSTITUTE A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE EXHIBITOR AND MVK LTD. ON THE TERMS SET FORTH IN THIS REGISTRATION FORM AND ALL ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION FORMS ATTACHED HERETO, TOGETHER WITH THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ATTACHED HERETO. BY SIGNING THIS FORM THE EXHIBITOR INDICATES ITS AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ATTACHED HERETO.

Additional equipment and furniture can be ordered only by companies whose stands were constructed by MVK Ltd. or its affiliates. All equipment can be only let for temporary use. The above-mentioned prices include transportation, assembling and dismantling of equipment. Individual work, graphic arts and other services not included in the list are added to the invoice separately depending on the time and material required.

The cost of additional equipment, ordered less than 12 days before opening of the exhibition, increases by 50%. The cost of additional equipment, ordered less than 24 hours before opening of the exhibition, increases by 100%.

* Power sources in Crocus Expo exhibition halls provide electrical connection 16А, 32А, 63А, 125А type АВВ. Multiphase current connection requires exhibitor’s cable (not less than 30 meters). Otherwise exhibitor can rent it at the prices stipulated by the clauses 16.1.-16.5. In case of rent the order should be signed up not later than 1 month before the exhibition assembling. MVK Holding Company does not provide exhibitors with connecting plugs (sockets and adaptors) for connection of equipment. Connection of exhibitor’s electric equipment to the power source is conducted upon measurement of insulating resistance of electric circuit. Exhibitors perform adjustment of electrical appliances and machinery independently.

** The given rate includes water consumption cost. Water supply is provided with a armored hose ½”, drain hose 50 mm. Free hoses up to 10 meters. Hoses over 10 meters length are rented according to the rates set in clauses 23.1. and 23.2.

*** Air supply (air pressure 6-8 kg/sq.m.) is provided with armored hose ½”, up to10 m. length. Hoses over 10 meters length are rented according to the rates set in clause 27. The exhibition doesn’t provide connecting gear such as adaptors and fittings.

The cost of electrical, sanitary equipment and connection increases by 50 % if ordered less than 14 days before exhibition assembling, and by 100% if ordered less than 24 hours.
