Application and Eligibility Rules for BCHP Year End Awards

Starter Level - Open to competitors in AVAGO and Elementary divisions. Horse and rider combination cannot have successfully competed at Beginner Novice. Horse and Rider combination must compete in 3 out of 5 events, 2 of which must be full horse trials. After the requirement of 3 events is met competitor may advance to Beginner Novice and points will count towards Starter Level Award.

Eventer Level – Open to competitors in Beginner Novice through Preliminary. Horse and Rider combination must compete in 4 out of 7 events, 3 of which must be a full horse trials. Points from AVAGO and Elementary will count if received before the required 4 events.

Awards will be announced and presented at the Horse Park award dinner in November. Please plan to attend or designate someone to pick up your award. Awards will not be mailed. Points to date will posted on the website. It is the rider’s responsibility to check scores and points for accuracy. Ties will be broken by averaging original scores. Awards to Tenth place. Each Horse and Rider combination can only win a level award once, but recognition for qualifying again. Points for all divisions will be awarded equally:
