STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP:
The applicant (or the parent or guardian of the applicant under 18 years of age on behalf of the applicant) hereby applies for membershipat Bryanston Warriors Football Club, hereby also referred to as BWFC (the Club) and the sections/sporting disciplines specified on this form, for the duration of the 2018 Season (Beginning-April 2018 to Mid-September 2018), and agrees (should the application be accepted):
- That the details specified on this form are accurate and correct.
- That the applicant will abide by the rules, Constitution and Codes of conduct of the BWFC and the sections/sporting disciplines in respect of which he/she wishes to become a member.
- That the applicant will assist BWFC in the development of sportsmanship and behave in a manner as outlined in the BWFC Member handbook.
- That coaching will be left to the coaches.
- That all sporting activities arising from his/her membership BWFC are undertaken at the members own risk. The member indemnifies the Club and its members should any injury or harm befall him/her whilst undertaking any such activities.
- That the member will pay the fees and/or agree in writing with the Club Treasurer terms on which to pay the fees specified on this form for membership of the Club and the sections/sporting disciplines in which the applicant wishes to participate immediately on receipt of an invoice from the Club. The member acknowledges that he/she is aware that the Club fee are non-refundable fees incurred on acceptance of the applicant and will not be refunded to the applicant in the event of the applicant terminating his/her membership before the end of the financial year.
- That the membership shall be renewed annually
- That failure to pay the fees specified on this form and by the rules, Constitution and Codes of conduct of BWFC may result in interest being charged or as a final step, the termination of membership of the Club, in which event the applicant will remain liable for payment of all fees due at the date of termination.
- That no member will receive a clearance or transfer letter from BWFC should there be outstanding fees payable by the member
- That team and individual photographs may be used for BWFC Social media; BWFC Facebook page and BWFC Website

It is not permissible for an applicant to participate in a section of the Club unless he/she is a member of the Club
A registration fee of R500.00 is payable to complete registration. This payment is due at registration day.
