2015 application for partial exemption certificate

under the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Act 2000

Purpose of this form

This form must be completed in conjunction with the 2015 Application for partial exemption certificate (CER-RET-020).

You must complete this form if the site meets the criteria for a new entrant under regulation 22ZD(3).

Instructions for completing the appendices

Please read each part of the relevant appendix or appendices carefully, fully answer all the questions, sign where indicated, and attach the required documentation.

In this partial exemption certificate, unless the contrary intention appears:

Please reference and label attachments in a logical manner. Lengthy or large attachments may be provided in electronic format.

You can choose to complete this form by:

Appendix B: New entrant production

Appendix B is for use to in respect to a site which meets the criteria for a new entrant under regulation 22ZD(3).

Provide a statement by the person constructing, commissioning or recommissioning the principal equipment that is to be used to carry on the EITE activity as to whether the equipment will be constructed, commissioned or recommissioned as described in the application, and is likely to be ready to produce the relevant product.

A statement is only necessary for equipment that has not been constructed, commissioned or recommissioned at the time of the application.
