Appendix A- Aadhaar Enrolment Certification Exam by M/s NSEIT Ltd

A) Basis Instruction-

a)  The Certification Exam is conducted at NSEIT Centers spread across India (229 Center) only (Appendix C) due to the interoperability constraint of the Testing Software.

b)  Each candidate has to start the registration process themselves individually by clicking “CREATE NEW USER” on NSEIT Ltd Portal https://uidai.nseitexams.com/UIDAI/LoginAction_input.action.

c)  Once the User Id is generated, “Unique Registration Number” and “Password” is sent on the email ID and mobile number of the candidate. The Candidate has to login using his Reg. No. and Password and fill the Application Form, Upload Photo & Signature, Enter Fee payment details, select and confirm slots and generated Admit Card for appearing in the exam.

d)  Candidate has to keep Reg. No. for all the future references till he/she takes the exams at NSEIT Ltd Test Center and to generate the Certificate in future. Each candidate has to individually complete all the screens shown below in the NSEIT Registration Portal for appearing for the Certification Exam at NSEIT Ltd Centers.

e)  Candidates can logout anytime and can continue the process using his/her Registered ID and Password. The candidate should not have to wait for their respective Bank to provide the Individual Challan numbers and should completely fill their Application Form and Photo & Signature Upload (Screen 1,2 and 3).

B) Process to complete Exam Registration -

Create New User-> Fill the Application Form- >Enter Aadhaar Number and Name of Candidate as per Aadhaar-> Fill the complete Application form -> Upload Photo and Signature (less than 30 kb each) -> Enter fee Details (Individual Challan Numbers)-> Select Test Center and exam Slots available-> Confirm exam slots-> Print Admit Card-> Visit Exam center-> Give the MCQ based Test-> Take Certificate

C) Important Instruction

1) Crete New User and fill Application Form

a)  Each candidate has to create new Registration Number. Using the Registration Number and Password, the candidate has to fill all the mandatory fields of the Application Form. Candidate has to select the “EA- Operator / Supervisor Certification” as exam roles and respective “EA Agency codes” from the dropdown provided on the Application Form.

b)  In case the EA Code is not available, candidate can select “9999- Freelancer” and proceed further. The actual EA code will be entered in the Operator/Supervisor on-boarding Form after certification.

c)  Candidate Name and Aadhaar Number should be mentioned correctly in the Application Form to avoid problems during the on-boarding. NSEIT Ltd only shares the Name, Aadhaar Number and the Certificate Number of the candidates with UIDAI.

2) Photo and Signature Upload -

a)  Each Candidate has to upload his/her latest Photograph and Signature as per the applicable size (less than 30 KB)

b)  Each Candidate has to sign the Attendance Sheet on the exam day and show his/her Admit Card and Original ID Proof for verification purpose

3) Generate Payment Challan/Fee Payment Entry-

a)  Each candidate has to fill the Bank Name as “SBI Main Branch”, Journal Number (“Dummy challan” issued by NSEIT against Bulk Online fee payment), Bank Code -04430 and actual Payment Date.

b)  After the payment is approved, candidates can book their exam slots.

c)  The Dept./entity SPOC may coordinate with UIDAI for making Bulk Online Payment and shall distribute the individual challan numbers to all their internal candidates.

4) Selection of Exam Center, Date and Seat Booking and Admit Card generation-

a)  Each candidate has to select the preferred NSEIT Ltd Test Centers from the drop down provided.

b)  After selection of exam slots the candidate has to select the Exam Date and Slot to give the Exam

c)  Candidate should only book the slots correct slots as there is no facility of rescheduling the exam

d)  On confirmation of slot, Admit Card is generated which confirm the DATE/PLACE/TIME and other important instruction to be followed at exam center.

e)  Each Candidate has to carry Admit Card and One Original ID Proof to the exam center for verification.

D) Mode of Payment for Exam Fee –

a)  The exam fee can be deposited in cash at any SBI Bank Branch using the Journal Format available at - https://uidai.nseitexams.com/UIDAI/LoginAction_generateChallanReceipt.action.

b)  Thecertification Test fee is Rs. 365/- per candidateand in case the candidate fails or does not appear for the exam theRetest Fee of Rs. 200/- per candidatehas to be deposited afresh.

c)  In case agency/department/entity wants to make a Bulk Online Payment of all their candidates through NEFT, below mentioned information has to be used.

d)  This mode of Bulk Payment is applicable to Department/Entity only and should not be used for individual fee payment. The confirmation of online transfer will be given through a email

f)  The depositing entity/department should keep “Online Payment Details" as a "Proof of Payment".

g)  After 24 hours of payment, depositing entity/department have to share online payment details (screen shot, transaction number, name of depositing entity etc.) with NSEIT Support Team/PMU UIDAI HQ and NSEIT/PMU UIDAI HQ will share the corresponding individual “Dummy Journal Numbers, Payment Date and Bank Code" against the bulk payment which may be used for scheduling of exams by all the candidates themselves.

h)  The entity should distribute the “Dummy Challan Numbers” to each of their candidates internally and instruct them to book the slot and generate the admit card

E) In case additional slots are required

a)  Entity/department may nominate one SPOC to coordinate with UIDAI and NSEIT Ltd and individual candidates may use the NSEIT Toll Free numbers to resolve their queries.

b)  In case the entity/department does not get slots and require additional slots, they have to collect the list of all the “Confirmed Registered Candidates” who have entered their payment details in the NSEIT Portal through a Entity/department SPOC as per Appendix B- Slot Request Format.

c)  Appendix B should have “Unique Registration Numbers, Dummy Journal Numbers entered by the candidate and preferred NSEIT Test Center Name

d)  The Entity/department SPOC should be sent the request to PMUTraining, Testing and Certification Division UIDAI HQ.

e)  On getting the confirmation of opening of additional exam slots from NSEIT Ltd, PMU will inform the Entity/department SPOC, who in turn will inform all their candidates to book the additional slots.

f)  The Additional Slots will be opened on multiple dates and candidate should book the slots quickly

g)  In case of the candidate count is huge, exam slots on Sundays will also be provided at the NSEIT Ltd Test Centers.

h)  After the candidates takes the exam, their certification information gets uploaded in UIDAI Admin Portal after 24 hours and user will be on boarded in coordination with UIDAI RO
