We are issuing this confirmation with the Annual Summary Statement of Private Copying Levies (‘the annual statement’) of the contracting party for the financial year ending on 31 December2015.

Annual Summary Statement of Private Copying Levies

We have appended to this letter a copy of the annual statement signed by the undersigned, thereby confirming our responsibility for drawing up the annual statement.

We acknowledge our responsibility for drawing up the annual statement. We believe that it gives a faithful representation of the amount and composition of the private copying levy to be paid for the calendar year ending on 31 December 2015. These requirements are also laid down in the Collection Agreement for Private Copying published by Stichting de Thuiskopie with regard to drawing up the annual statement and the starting points and rates to be used.

Administration

We have carried out proper administration in the manner as described in the Dutch Civil Code, which forms a proper basis for drawing up the annual statement which complies with the requirements laid down by Stichting de Thuiskopie.

Inaccuracies and fraud

We acknowledge our responsibility for the setup, introduction and operation of the internal control measures to prevent and detect inaccuracies in the statements to Thuiskopie.

Further confirmations

In order to prevent any misunderstandings, we confirm a number of specific issues. We confirm that, to the best of our knowledge and conviction:

1. we have provided you with all the information known to us concerning the identity of the parties involved and relating to transactions with these parties. The clients and transactions with the parties involved have been included in an appropriate manner in the annual statement in accordance with Title 9 of Book 2 of the Dutch Civil Code.
   
2. the annual statement does not contain any inaccuracies or omissions of material importance.
3. there has been no infringement or potential infringement of the law and regulations relevant to the statements to Thuiskopie.
