Before filling out this form, please make sure that you meet the university requirements to enroll in Anth 99 or 199 or 199RA. We have no control over these policies; you are not eligible unless you meet them.

Requirements for Anth 99 (lower division):

  • Minimum 3.0 overall GPA

Requirements for Anth 199RA or 199 (upper division):

  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA for preceding 3 quarters
  • Upper division standing
  • Completed at least 2 upper division Anth courses
