Prayer of the Week
Matthew 14:27: But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.
O Lord,
Grant that the lonely and depressed may take courage from our quiet trust and confidence in Thee. May they find in our character and conduct and behavior something that will strengthen their faith and enable them to carry on bravely and confidently with hope and joy. Bless our worship today, and the preached word. Amen.
