Accident insurance is excess over any other collectible medical insurance, workers compensation, or existing accident insurance.

A - Instructors With Studios That Teach Additional Dance Forms, or Instructors That Own or Maintain A Studio and Lease or Sub-Lease To Other Instructors:

Insurance coverage, when purchased, is afforded to all instructors, studio owners, and students as named insureds. Thus, not only is liability coverage in place for studio owners, teachers, and instructors, but is also in place for the actions of students and dancers acting in the capacity and operations of the studio/class. The same is true of the excess accident insurance.
