1 - Roll Call
Roll call: Arena A , Arena B , Buckshead , Burns Inn , Clansman A , Horseshoe Inn , Jollys B , Mauchline K.s.c , O`Shannons.
Absent: Clansman B ,Jollys A , Kay Park Tavern.
2 - 2010 / 1011 Business
Treasurer’s report issued to all present, consisting of: -
- League payout to teams based on final league positions.
- Prize monies awarded for individual and team competition winners.
- Statement of cash still due to league.
All monies still owed to league are payable at Registration meeting 30 aug failure to pay will result in debt suspensionfor season 2011-2012.

3 - Superleague
18 names are submitted for this event, Agreement was made to enter 2 teams but the potential B team for the pettycur bay event had failed to be completed and as a result a deposit must now be paid to this event in future in order to confirm entry,Any fines given at next spa meeting will be forwarded to the captain in question, failure to pay will result in debt suspension.

5 - League Constitution
League constitution reviewed and amended. Summary of revised sections are: -
Expenses.
Expenses of £20 will be met for the elected representative to attend any SPA meetings
Player Transfers.
Transfers – if a player requests a transfer from one club to another, he must obtain permission from both Captains before being eligible. When signed, the Captain of the player's new team must notify the League Secretary in writing of the players details and conform with the seven day ruling before the player is eligible to play for the new team. A £10 fee is payable by the player’s new team at the next Captains meeting.
Game Night
Both teams should be present at 8.15pm to commence the match. A team failing to arrive before 8.15pm will result in a loss of frame with a further one frame every 15 minutes until minimum 5 signed players are present. Tables must be brushed appropriately prior to the commencement of the match. The break for each frame will be determined by a lag or toss of a coin.Publicans discretion on half time drinks.

The Clansman will be our league sponsors for season 2011/2012.

Players must play minimum 50% of matches before being eligible to compete in finals.

All league singles finals will cost £5 per head to enter.

League doubles will cost £10 per team to enter.

All team events will cost £10 per team entry with venues adding to prize money.

Consolation cup will be run between the bottom 6 teams in a round robin competition.
Superleague.
Superleague – The Captains of the Superleague teams will be responsible for selecting the players. Superleague payments for team players should be made through their individual league team captain and on to the league treasurer at the monthly Captain’s meeting.Tennents are sponsoring us for this event and shirt sizes to be in asap.
Fines:
Failure to hand sheets in to Alan Bark or email him by Sunday after match - £10 fine
Failure to inform Secretary of results on the night of a match–loss of a frame
Non attendance at Captains meeting - £10 fine
Failure to fulfil fixtures – loss of points, with £20 fine if home team and £30 fine if away team.
Playing unregistered players - loss of points
Code of Conduct,
Any violence or intimidation either physical or otherwise, will result in the players being excluded from the league and may have further repercussions. Where this happens at a team event, the league have the power to withdraw all entitlements and exclude that team and its players from participating in the league.
Copies of amended constitution will be made available at the League meeting, 23rdoct also will be posted on the EAPL web site in due course

6 - League Format
- 8 singles
- 4 doubles.

7- Registration

£50registration fee will be payable per team for 2011/ 2012season. All cup events will cost extra as it did with last seasons ruling.

8 - Superleague Captains
Anyone wishing to be considered as a captain for 1 of the 2Superleague teams should make it known to the committee as soon as possible. The committee will appoint Superleague captains in due course.
9 - Payout and Prize Money

Prize money can be amended after the registration meeting on 25thSept
