GENERAL INFORMATION AND GUIDELINES
Booth Size Available: 15ft. by 15ft. space
1. Event Site: Cooper City Park
2. Vendor Hours: Saturday, April 08, 2017 8am to 5pm
3. Set Up Time: Saturday 6:30 am to 8 am. All vehicles must be moved from vendor space by
8 am. Parking area will be available.
4. All items for sale must be in good taste and suitable for family viewing. (For safety reasons,
no kid’s pellet guns allowed). Sponsors may bar items that are in bad taste and/or not
suitable for viewing.
5. Your entry booth operation, including ropes, pegs, etc. must fit into your allotted space.
You may purchase another slot if you feel you need extra space. Please
clearly state your needs on your entry form.
6. Each vendor is responsible for providing everything necessary for display and sale of their
merchandise. Electricity and water is available for a $5 charge each on a limited basis.
Please state if needed on your entry form. Be prepared to provide your own heavy-duty
cords and water hose. Please note if you need 220 amps.
7. No refunds will be made after April 1, 2017. Late applications accepted if space is available.
In consideration of permission to operate a booth at the Delta County Fair, the vendor signing below agrees to
forever indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Delta County Chamber of Commerce, the City of Cooper, Texas and the County of Delta, and their elected officials, employees, board members and volunteers from and against any and all claims, suits, or action of any kind brought by third parties as a result of any injuries sustained as a result of vendor’s activities at the Delta County Fair.
