Announcements for Thursday, October 27, 2016 – “BDay”

I am a Beville Bobcat on the PROWL. I will show leadership every day as I choose to respect myself and others.

Hello Beville Bobcats! It’s Operation Turkey time from October 24, to November 3. Donate Thanksgiving-related foods to your Homeroom and help give Thanksgiving dinner to those in need. If each homeroom fills just one grocery bag we can make a big difference. Plus, the homeroom with the most food collected will win a special prize. We can do it Bobcats!

This Week, the SCA is sponsoring SPIRIT WEEK! The remaining events for this week are as follows (remember, the CODE OF BEHAVIOR is in effect for all these activities):

Thursday - Throwback Thursday (Dress like your favorite decade 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, etc.)

Friday - Homeroom Creative Day –Winners will receive a prize on November 1!

Picture Re-Take Day is next Thursday, November 3. If you did not get your picture taken previously or need to have a re-take done, please come to the stage to have your photo re-taken between 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Order forms are available in the library.

This week is the LAST WEEK to buy a yearbook for $33!!! On November 1, the price goes up to $35. Order forms are available in the library -- buy yours now!!!

Impact Aid Forms can still be turned in. If have turned your form in yet, please do so at your earliest convenience. Thank you!

Be a ZERO HERO from now until November 3! To qualify for the first PROWL celebration of the year, a Zero Hero will acquire no disciplinary referrals or minor reports for any reason for this time period. Go Bobcats!

Concussion Training for girls basketball and other winter sports will be held November 3, 2016, at 7 p.m. in the lecture hall.

Try-outs for girls basketball will begin November 6, 2016. All girls trying out will need to have their physical and concussion cards on file with Mrs. Moore by November 3.

Robotics is canceled this week. Two robotics team meetings will be held next week on Wednesday, November 2, and Thursday, November 3, from 3:15 to 5 p.m.
