ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY DISTANCE EDUCATION

The Directorate of Distance Education which was established in 1979 for students who cannot take up the classroom session is a great way to take up the course offered by university. There are around four hundred and one different types of course that are offered under regular stream. All the courses offered by Annamalai University DDE is being approved by Distance Education Council and in the year 2008-09 it also started offering Bed program by getting approval from National Council for Teachers Education, New Delhi.

Courses Offered by Annamalai University Distance Education
The Annamalai University DDE offers all the UG and PG course in Science and Management field. Apart from this course it also offers programme on HM, Interior design, Fashion Design, Retail Management and other Certificate course.
Eligibility Criteria for Annamalai University Distance Education Program
Students taking up the courses at Annamalai University DDE should be eligible as per the course requirement. Candidate taking up UG course should 10+2 pass out from any stream. Candidate taking up PG course or any other Diploma certificate course should be 10+2+3 pass out from respected course criteria.
Application Procedure for Annamalai University Distance Education
The application form for the PG course in IT can be obtained from Directorate or from any of the DDE study centre across India by paying the fees of Rs 250/- and send it to the Director of DDE, Annamalai University along with the DD of Rs 290/-
Students applying for B.Sc in different branch can obtain the application form from same place by paying Rs 100/- and sending it to the Director of DDE along with the DD of Rs 130/-. The application form should be submitted before the due date or else it would be rejected.
