Ms. Link is employed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Kansas City, MO. She is currently a Civil Engineer in their Engineering Division.
Experience
Ms. Link is a licensed professional civil engineer with over six years of consulting experience. She has been involved in a variety of environmental engineering projects including preparation of work plans and reports, installation and setup of chemical oxidation remedial systems, groundwater and soil sampling, and Phase I and Phase II Site Assessments. Ms. Link has worked on several projects with challenging site conditions requiring innovative treatment technologies.
In addition to her environmental engineering responsibilities, Ms. Link has also developed financial tracking systems for multi-potentially responsible parties (PRP) CERCLA programs. As an assistant to the Program Manager of large CERCLA sites, she has become adept at tracking and facilitating the activities of multiple subconsultants on behalf of the PRPs.
