How do you take advantage of the new agreement?

Stores can access Grainger.com through the Coupa punch-out catalog. Fleet Farm pricing has already been loaded. Click on the Grainger logo and you will be taken to the Grainger website for shopping and product selection.

When you find what you are looking for you can add the item to your cart. To complete your order, selected “Checkout” and your cart will be loaded into Coupa for order approval and PO placement.

Most items ship the same day the order is approved and submitted to Grainger and deliver directly to your facility the next day. Invoices are sent electronically through Coupa to Corporate AP and paid electronically.

During the month of April we will be offering several training sessions to help familiarize you with how to order via Coupa and how to navigate Grainger.com.
