About Our Speaker:Carmen Schober, Founder of the MillionTo1Club

Carmen Schober is the founder of TheMillionTo1Club -- a goal-coaching resource for individuals and businesses who want to set goals, smash goals, and repeat. Before starting TheMillionTo1Club in February 2016, Carmen graduated from Kansas State University with a M.A. and served as a instructor, mentor, and coordinator at Kansas State University for five years, with an emphasis on motivation and facilitation of learning strategies. In the last year and a half, TheMillionTo1Club has helped numerous individual clients (both locally and nationally) achieve their goals, as well as businesses, non-profits, and academic organizations. General Description of The Workshop: This presentation will provide an overview of goal-setting strategies available to individuals and organizations. It will include important considerations and practical applications specifically for HR professionals relating to each strategy. This information is important for the HR professional to understand and apply in order to leverage goals for increased productivity, workplace satisfaction, and teambuilding success.

HRMN will apply for pre-approval for 1 Professional Development Credit (PDC) toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification.

HRMN will also apply for pre-approval for 1 credit hour with the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
