Basic Information
Exhibitors
An indoor exhibit space is approximately 6'x10', with a 6'x 2.5' table skirt on three sides, two chairs, and an identification sign. Set up for exhibitors will be from 7:00 to 10:00 AM on Thursday June 15, 2006. We ask that all exhibitors be set up promptly by 10:00 AM since the first break in the exhibit area will begin at 10:15 AM.
An outdoor exhibit space is approximately 10'x 20' and is available for larger display/equipment. Outdoor exhibitors may set up starting at 1:00 PM on Wednesday June 14, 2006.
Spaces will be reserved upon receipt of the completed registration form and payment on a “first come, first served” basis. All exhibits will need to be removed by 2:00 PM on Friday June 16, 2006.
With each exhibit space registration you will receive ONE full registration for all meals and events on the program.
Sponsors
The NCAPWA solicits sponsors for activities (such as breaks, meals, receptions, etc.) associated with the Annual Conference and Equipment Show that are allowable under North Carolina Statues. If you would like to be a “supporter” by way of a monetary donation, your company will receive special recognition during our program.
Any amount is welcome, and we will apply your sponsor amount to either the function of your choice or to be used as needed, as designated by you. The registration form has a space for you to indicate how NCAPWA should apply your sponsorship. The events that can be sponsored are:

If you would like to be the sole sponsor of a function, please contact Leila Goodwin at (919) 462-3846. Costs for specific functions range from approximately $800 to $5,000.
With sponsor amounts over $500, you will receive ONE full registration, including all meals and events on the program.
