1.0 Contact information over ELIXIA`s center in Norway
2.0 Personal membership in ELIXIA includes:
· Two appoinments with a Personal trainer
· Over 1000 group exercise lessons
· Bonus aggrement by bying from business partners
· Open 7 days a week, 16 hours pr day
· Free child care while excercising
· Well equipped wardrobe etc
· Family or cohabitant offers a Family membership
· Free breakfast
3.0 Prices and membership
The employee signs their own membership. Except for the discount price and free membership fee thru the company, are the conditions the same as for other members at Elixia. When signing up at ELIXIA the employee must bring documentation from the company confirming they are in fact employed by the company.
ELIXIA offers both twelve month membership and you can terminate the agreement anytime you like.
3.1 Sign up fee - 12 months NOK 0,- and no sign up fee (normal this fee is NOK 399,- )
3.2 Various types of membership
1.ELIXIA Nordic Premium Agreement 2.ELIXIA Active Region Agreement
The company`s agreement gives the employees 10% discount on the membership fee and there is a price garanti, meaning no price increase during the contract period.
4.0 Money back garanti-14 days to regret the membership
5.0 No price increase during the contract period.
6.0 Intern marketing
Thru this agreement ELIXIA is given the right to marketing themselves up to 4 times a year, information stands, posters information letters to the employees.
7.0 Duration of the agreement
This agreement is valid until it is terminated in writing with 30 days notice.
8.0 Approval of the agreement
The agreement confirms with this by the representative for the company and by ELIXIA.
