Opis stanowiska / What will you do?
In our team, you will be a first contact to support global markets in terms of content management system based on Adobe.
Wymagania / Mostly, you will:
  • Analyze market requests regarding content management system and frontend defects on websites
  • Assisting markets during the process of solving their queries – from defining the root cause to providing a final solution
  • Create guidelines and step-by-step instructions, coaching market on CMS components and functionalities
  • Raise tickets to the next IT levels providing comprehensive issue description and handle them according to the process
What do we expect from you?
  • FluentEnglish (written and spoken)
  • 2 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
  • CMS technical background nice to have
