An Outline of Requirements for Completion of the Analysis Phase

Our client is AAWCC, represented by Ms. Espinosa at RLC. AAWCC represents the Dallas Chapter of the American Association of Women in Community Colleges. Unfortunately the current site is outdated and difficult to reach due to the fact that the URL address is located in an intranet and is buried deep inside. Access to site is a priority. Client wishes to maintain content, tex and logos, but has asked to modify the color of the logo to provide a different new look. Client also has specify that the colors to use in site must be Teal, Black and White.

To provide access to members and to be able to communicate news, events and other information and to share pictures of the different activities that the club is involved in.

The organization wishes to promote membership for newcomers as well as other people that have not been involved in the past

We have been given permission to use all the photos, logo and text provided by Ms Espinosa.

Client has specified that the main platform will be Windows, and will mainly use Internet Explorer to view the site. The web site shall contain HTML and CSS code mainly, but some flash has been authorized. The connection will be DSL, and materials will be optimized to improve viewing speed.

  2. Photos and logos – We have permission to use all of the photos provided by the client via CD.
  3. Text - Our client will provide all of the text needed for the site.
  4. Others– background and navigation as well as title image will be created by our team.
