10K RUN 5K RUN 5K FUN WALK KIDS RACE

BEGINS AT: Amery City Hall, one block west of stoplights in downtown Amery

REGISTRATION: 7:00 – 7:45 a.m. on Race Day at Amery City Hall

RACE TIME: 10K run 5K run 5K walk begins at 8:00 Chip timing by Performance Timing, LLC

Kids Race, approximately ½ mile, begins at 7:30

COURSE: 10K course is scenic, moderately challenging, all paved

5K course located on Seven Lakes Trail

AWARDS: 1st , 2nd and 3rd place medal for top boy and girl in each age group for Kids Race

Award for overall winners in each run (men and women)

1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals for each age group (men and women)

Long sleeve shirts for all runners and walkers and short sleeve shirts for kids

(Kids that want long sleeve shirts pay $20 - $25 (long sleeve in adult sizes only)

AGE GROUPS: 6 and under, 7 – 9 and 10 – 11 (kids race age group)

12 and under, 13 - 19, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60 and over

ENTRY FEE: $10.00 before September 1, 2014, $15.00 after September 1 for Kids Race

$20.00 before September 1, 2014, $25.00 after September 1 for 5K and 10K runs

$20.00 before September 1, 2014, $25.00 after September 1 for 5K Fun Walk
