INTRODUCTION

The Specification for this Contract is based on the DPTI Master Specification for Transport Infrastructure (“DPTI Master Specification”). Any specific requirements for this Contract are included in the part "Contract Specific Requirements”. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the Contract Specific Requirements shall take precedence over any other part of the Specification [D3] or thedrawings.

AMENDMENTS, DELETIONS AND ADDITIONS TO CLAUSES IN THE DPTIMASTER SPECIFICATION

The followingDPTI Master Specification clauses have been amended for this Contract only:

Anyamendments, deletions or additions to clauses will be identified as follows:

(a)any deleted wording will be marked with strikeoutand shown in grey highlighting;

(b)any new wording will be shown in grey highlighting.; and

(c)where a clause is not applicable, the clause will be deleted except for the heading, which will remain and a notation "This Clause not applicable to this Contract" shown in grey highlighting added.
