February 21, 2015 / ·  Success Leader Candidate Training (SeLeCT)

* CASNR Ambassadors, Career Liaisons, and FIT SAM candidates are required to attend. A make-up assignment will be available for those with unavoidable conflicts; please notify the Student Success Center, 103 Ag Hall, in advance of a conflict, if at all possible.
February 26, 2015 / ·  Student Success Leader Selection Mix-n-Mingle
5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Wes Watkins Center
Dress: Business Casual
* CASNR Ambassadors, Career Liaisons, and FIT SAM candidates interested are required to attend one Mix-and-Mingle Reception. A sign up for a specific reception dates will be available during the SeLeCT session on February 21. These receptions are part of the screening and selection process for SSL candidates. A make-up assignment will be available for those with unavoidable conflicts; please notify the Student Success Center, 103 Ag Hall, in advance of a conflict, if at all possible.

August 8-16, 2015 MANDATORY Student Success Leader Training – Specific training dates and times will be determined by Student Success Leader placement and each group’s advisor. Training dates established for each group during this timeframe are mandatory. Students who may have potential time conflicts with these training dates will need to contact the advisor as soon as possible.

Applicant Specifications:

·  Currently pursuing an academic major within CASNR, and continued work towards a CASNR major throughout 2015-2016 academic year

·  2.75 cumulative GPA at beginning of term of service and maintained throughout 2015-2016 academic year, semester GPA below 2.75 shall result in probationary status.

·  At least 12 hours of earned college credit by beginning of 2015-2016 academic year (Ambassador candidates must have at least 12 hours earned at OSU-Stillwater)
