INTRODUCTION
In our work with nonprofit organizations, we have noted the lack of quality, timely salary planning data to support budgeting and business planning efforts. In response to this need, Altura Consulting is pleased to invite your participation in the 2007/2008 Salary Planning Survey for Nonprofitsin the Upper Midwest. Participation is open to all nonprofit organizations, and all participating organizations will receive a complimentary copy of the report of survey results.
All information reported will be held in strict confidence.
Information in the survey report will only be displayed in aggregate; the practices of individual participating organizations will not be revealed.
