Entrepreneurship

Have you ever wondered about the titles that your personality falls under? Well, I have. I decided to take a few assessments and this is the information I received from it. The results that I found out from my assessments taught me many things about myself. In the categories Self-Motivation and Determination, I feel like I master in them. I am known for self-motivation. Self-Motivation is defined as being motivated to do or achieve something because of one’s own enthusiasm or interest, without needing pressure from others. When I want something completed, I push myself harder to achieve it. Determination is the act of deciding definitely and firmly. I am also really determined. If I want to be on top, I will think of many ways to get there and set my mind to it. My assessments state that I am extremely outgoing. Since I am this way, I work well with others. How you act around others, whether they’re strangers or not, is called self-discipline. Self-Discipline is the ability to control one’s feelings and overcome one’s weaknesses. Unlike determination, self-motivation, and self-discipline, I feel that I advance in grit. My character is one of the strongest characteristic about me. I never walk around with a mean vibe. At most times, I try to be extremely happy and enthusiastic, even during the hard times. The definition of grit is having courage and a great strength of character.

Although I am outgoing and friendly, I feel like I would score an approaching basic on Team Work and Problem Solving. I have plenty of opportunities to improve this weakness. As a “Guardian,” I am very dependable and comforting. Guardians follow the rules, focus on working steadily the right way, and we are very loyal. Another weakness I have is using my imagination and controlling my emotions, known as emotion stability. If I get the proper training, I could turn Financial and Computer Literacy into a strength.

From these assessments, I observed that I was more dependable and loyal than I thought. My results said I take pride in being trustworthy in situations. Even though everyone tells me that I’m dependable, receiving the results from my assessments makes me view it at a better point. Another thing the results told me was that I am a “people person.” I already knew that, but I extremely agree with this statement. Helping people and just hanging out are two of my favorite things. I wasn’t always outgoing, but I grew out of being shy.

My mother told me helping was a great thing to do when people needed assistance, especially if I was skilled at doing so. She is the reason why I’ve always been interested in helping others. Teaching and being a pediatrician are some of the career areas I’ve been keeping my eye on. They both require helping, problem solving, and being trustworthy. The career cluster interest survey insisted on the career areas Education, Finance, and Government and Public Administration. Education wouldn’t be a bad idea, but I’m aiming for a medical career. In my opinion, I wouldn’t want to participate in any of those careers. My future career is in the medical field. I don’t know the specialty in the medical area, but I’ve been thinking about it. Do I believe that I might be an entrepreneur? Yes, if anything doesn’t work out how I planned. I see myself launching my own business of beauty products. Beauty has been a big part of my teenage years, so I could put that to use. Designing my own hair tools, creating beautiful shades of eyeshadow and sharing all of my beauty tips are great ways to start it off.
