Alliance Community Fellowship Vendor Agreement – Florist

The flower arrangements, bouquets, and greenery that you choose will enhance the beauty of your event and will create the atmosphere that you desire for this special occasion. Please read the following floral guidelines before making your selections.

Both the florist and event contact or bride must sign and return the Florist Policy Agreement indicating that you understand the expectations of ACF. If a family member or friend is responsible for the flowers, they need to sign this agreement.

  1. The church will be available for decorating 3 hours prior to scheduled time of your event. It should be complete at least one hour prior to the beginning of the event.
  2. If fresh greenery is used, all preparations are to be made prior to arriving at the church. The church will be ready for the event prior to florist decorating; therefore, the florist is responsible for cleaning once decorating is complete.
  3. The florist must remove all flowers and decorations within one hour of event and pictures. The church must be left clean and ready for next event. The church doesn’t store any decorations.
  4. No tacks, pins, glue, or tape shall be used to attach decorations to furniture, building, carpet, or stage. Only plastic clips or ribbons that will not damage may be utilized.
  5. Any candles must be metal-sheathed or put over a protective plastic sheet or fabric to keep drippings from melting on furniture or carpet. The florist will be responsible for any damage caused by wax or the cleaning of wax on carpet or furniture.
  6. Silk petals should be used for the aisle to protect carpet from stains/damage.
  7. Alcoholic beverages of any kind are not allowed anywhere on the property, and smoking is not permitted inside any buildings.
  8. ACF is not responsible for any damage to equipment or items left by florist.
  9. The florist will contact the church one week prior to event to set time to decorate.

Alliance Community Fellowship Vendor Policy Agreement Photo/Video

The Staff of ACF recognizes the importance of event photography and videos as lasting remembrances of your event. Please read the following policies and sign the Photo/videographer agreement.

The photographer may take pictures before or after event in any area reserved for the event.

  1. Please do not move furniture or accessories of the church.
  1. Please do not stand on furniture.
  1. ACF is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any equipment. Neither are they responsible for any items left at the facility.
  1. Vendor must utilize own equipment. ACF equipment is not available for event usage.
