Seminar Registration: There is a $100.00 fee per person for the North Florida Seminar and $135.00 fee per person for Central/South Florida which includes registration, breakfast, lunch and reception. Hotel Accommodations: Please contact the hotel directly at the numbers indicated above. Although we have obtained a special rate for Seminar attendees, the block of rooms is limited and WILL BE RELEASED IF NOT RESERVED BY September 15, 2006 for North Florida and October 2, 2006 for Central/South Florida, so please register early.
