Fry Science Fair 2016
Find Out! Do an experiment!
All Fry students and their parents are invited to participate in our first elementary school science fair on April 6th, 2016. The primary goal of this fun event is to develop a positive attitude towards science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).
ALL STUDENTS K-5th ARE WELCOME TO JOIN!
Science Fair Date: April 6th, 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Information Night: January 13, 7:00pm
Registration Deadline: January 27, 2016
Complete information planning guide and documents, safety rules and resources will be available on the school website under the PTA STEM tab.
Registration
To register, please complete the form attached and return it to your teacher. Students must pre-register to participate. Participants may work on a project in groups of up to 4 students from the same grade and siblings from different grades may work together.
Volunteers Needed
Please consider volunteering to help with set up and clean up the evening of the science fair. Also please indicate if you would be willing to be a Judge, which entails talking to the children about their projects. – NO SCIENCE background needed.
