3)Two letters of recommendation, one of which should be from a film professional who can assess your ability to successfully complete the film. A second letter should be from a scholar or expert who can evaluate the historical accuracy of your film.Letters should be on official letterhead and must be recent and dated no earlier than a year before the date of your application. Your recommenders should have no affiliation with the project as consultants or in any other capacity.

4)Work samples: You should submit at least one prior work sample. If you are applying for post-production, your application should include a trailer or sample footage/scenesfrom the current project.All work samples should be in English or have English subtitles.

5)Resumes for director and producer: You may attach up to three additional resumes for screenwriter, director of photography, editor or other collaborators.

6)Progress Report: Required only if you previously applied for or received funding for the same film.

7)Screenplay: Required only for narrative films. If your screenplay is in a language other than English, please submit an English translation.

8)Proof of Secured Funding: Required only if you have already secured any funding. If there are multiple funding sources, please combine all documents into a single PDF file.

9)Proof of Fiscal Sponsorship: Required only if you are applying with a fiscal sponsor.
