The Cheesecake fundraiser sale is underway! We are raising funds for school improvements. Please remember to collect all monies at the time of the order and make all checks payable to Heirway Christian Academy. Make sure your child’s name and grade are clearly marked on the order form. Monday, October 10th- Half Day for Students and Workday for Teachers
Parent – Teacher Conferences will be on Tuesday, October 11th-Friday, October 14th. These days are half days and aftercare will be available for the students. Please note that if you bring your child with you for the conference, they will need to be signed in to aftercare to be supervised as we ask for your child not to attend the conference. The rate is $3.50 per hour or portion of an hour. Lunch will only be served to students that stay in aftercare.
Dismissal times will be as follows:
12:00 pm for Pre-K and Kindergarten, 12:15 pm for 7th-12th grade
12:30 pm for 1st – 6th grade

SENIOR NIGHT
From the Athletic Director
Heirway's volleyball teams will be busy over the next week. The varsity will play at Grace Christian in Powder Springs on Thursday. Both the Middle School and Varsity teams will host Colonial Hills on Monday, Sept 26 and then Lafayette on Tuesday, Sept. 27. Matches will start at 4:30 on both days. Please come out and support the Lady Eagles.
Basketball teams will start practicing soon; more information will be coming out in the next few days about that. We will have a middle school girlsteam and a middle school boys team. These are open to students in 5th through 8th grade. We will also have a JV Boys team and Varsity Girls and Boys.
Parents of volleyball players, please sell sponsor banners to hang in the gym. This is an important fund raiser for the athletic department and we are asking that each athlete sell at least one. Please contact the athletic director, coaches, or the office for more information.
