RULES & REGULATIONS:
Entry Fee: Entry forms along with entry fee of Rs. 1,000/- payable by demand draft in favour of “CHHATTISGARHCHESSACADEMY” Payable at Raipur can be sent to: Sri Gurucharan Singh Hora, President, Chhattisgarh Chess Academy C/o Hotel Grand International, Station Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
CAI Registration Fee: CAI Registration Fee of Rs. 100/- for 2010 is compulsory.
Last Date of Entry: 13th March 2010. Entry will be accepted on ‘first come first serve basis’ depending upon the sitting capacity. Players from NorthEasternState and physically challenged will be entitled for 50% discount in entry fee. However, there will be no discount in CAI Registration Fee. Organizer reserves the right to reject any entry.
Accommodation: Free dormitory accommodation will be provided to outstation participants on first come first serve basis. Accompanying persons will have to bear their own expenses.
Tournament Rules: Tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess.
Tie Break: In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall apply. However, the cash prizes will be shared.
