Phase One—

All first year Synergy students begin in this phase. Students remain in phase one for at least fifty days but often for a year or longer.

Exit Criteria –Panel Defense, satisfactory completion of written assessment, attendance 80% or higher and no major discipline infractions during phase.

Phase Two—

Synergy students in this phase are ready to job shadow, attend site visits in exploration of their chosen pathway, and continue work on a capstone project.

Synergy students in this advanced phase are ready work with minimal supervision, attend college classes, etc.
