From April 14-17, guests can indulge in sumptuous Easter specials at selected food and beverage outlets at the Hong Kong Disneyland Park, the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and Disney’s Hollywood Hotel.

The Corner Cafe on Main Street USA will present an Easter menu for lunch and dinner. The three course meal will begin with a savory minestrone soup, followed by a piquant poached ling fish fillet topped with a smooth salmon mousse served with butter rice and vegetables and finishing with a sweet roasted hazelnut and chocolate truffle served with swirls of mango and raspberry coulis.

Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in a Corner Café High Tea Tower. Guests are spoiled for choice with deep chocolate fruit tart, American cheese cake, whimsically Mickey Mouse shaped cookies, blueberry Madeleine, a selection of seasonal fruit or, for a savory touch, ham and cheese sandwiches.

Guests extending Easter visits at either the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel or Disney’s Hollywood Hotel can continue their festive feasting.

The Enchanted Garden at the Disneyland Hotel will offer a traditional Easter brunch

with spicy Scotch eggs, sizzling roast leg of lamb and beautifully decorated boiled eggs. For dessert, traditional Easter fare feature prominently in the form of chocolate eggs, Swiss sugar eggs and luscious hot cross buns.

Guests can indulge and relax against the stunning backdrop of the South China Sea from the comfort of their chaise lounge chairs in the Grand Salon, located adjacent to the hotel’s lobby while enjoying an Easter Tea Buffet.

The Easter Tea Buffet will feature homemade English scones with lashings of whipped cream, a freshly baked Mickey Mouse waffle corner, a free-flowing chocolate fountain for dipping juicy strawberries and marshmallows, and a range of decadent cakes, desserts and pastries. The tables will be decorated with brightly colored chocolate Easter eggs clustered around several cheeky looking chocolate bunnies.

Over at Chef Mickey in Disney’s Hollywood Hotel children can find the artist within with a special Children’s Corner for Easter Egg decorating before sampling the lunch and dinner buffet presented on a specially decorated table with chocolate Easter bunnies and scattered eggs.

Hong Kong Disneyland director of food and beverage Klaus Mager said, “We always ensure guests have a little touch of Disney magic to look forward to at every holiday period and our first Easter celebration is no different. Children and the young-at-heart look forward to the sweet Easter eggs and bunnies so they’ll be delighted to see them adorning the tables. However, I don’t expect them to stay on the table once the kids find them!”

Guests from Hong Kong holding a valid Hong Kong ID card can Double the Magic when they purchase a one-day ticket. For that one-day ticket, they receive a second magical visit free of charge to Hong Kong Disneyland. The second visit must be the same day type as the original day and must be the same person.

This offer is available March 20 through June 28, 2006, but is not valid for Special Days (April 14-21, April 30 and May 1-6, 2006) when date-specific tickets are required.
