All Classes will be judged under Pony Club rules 2014
The committee shall not be liable for any claims in respect of damage, loss or injury to any person, whether Competitor or Spectator, Pony, Vehicle or Property howsoever caused in connection with or arising out of this competition. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each Competitor shall hold the Committee, Landowner blameless in that he or she shall be deemed to indemnify the Committee, Landowner or Organiser against any accident or any other incident.
The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precaution to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instruction of the Organiser and all the Officials and Stewards.
Photographic Rights – competitors and their parents/guardians have given permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of The Pony Club and/or official sponsors of The Pony Club.

THE SAME RIDER MAY COMPETE TWICE IN A TEAM ON A DIFERENT HORSE/PONY.
TEAM MEMBERS TO BE DECLARED IN JUMPING ORDER HALF AN HOUR PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF CLASSES.
NO SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED FOLLOWING THE COMMENCEMENT OF CLASSES.
CHALLENGE CUPS WILL BE PRESENTED TO THE WINNING TEAMS OF ALL CLASSES EXCEPT CLASS5 & 6 WHICH WINNING TEAMS WILL RECEIVE PRIZES IN KIND.

IMPORTANT Please Note
Will team organisers please ensure that each branch are aware that they are responsible for putting up fences when their own team are jumping, and that all competitors are aware of the rules of this competition. Teams must be present at each collecting ring on time to jump, or they will forfeit their place.
No competitor or representative will enter the Judges Box at ANY TIME during the day. Any queries should be addressed to the organiser.

CLASS 3 OPEN: 80 cms: TEAMS OF FOUR RIDERS, 14 yrs & UNDER
CLASS 4 OPEN: 90 cms: TEAMS OF FOUR RIDERS, 16 yrs & UNDER
RING 3 COMMENCING 9.00 am
CLASS 5 10 YEARS & UNDER NOVICE: 65 cms: TEAMS OF FOUR RIDERS. Any rider in this class may not compete in any other.
CLASS 6 11 YEARS & OVER NOVICE: 75 cms: TEAMS OF FOUR RIDERS. Riders in this class may not compete in any other. Combination cannot have competed in any Area Competition at ANY level (Open, Intermediate or Novice Challenge) or BSJA competitions.

TEAMS OF FOUR RIDERS WITH THE BEST THREE SCORES TO COUNT. TWO ROUNDS WILL BE JUMPED WITH THE SECOND ROUND BEING OVER SHORTENED COURSE AND TIMED. TEAMS WILL JUMP AS A TEAM IN BOTH ROUNDS.
