All-4-One Afterschool

Our Mission: To support, strengthen and sustain before, after and summer programs available to ALL children within a safe, supportive environment that meets families’ need.

SESSION IV- February 28 – April 14, 2011

**Enrollment is DUE Wednesday,February 15, 2011 or sooner**

Dear Parents and Guardians:

We would like to welcome families to the spring session of the All-4-One Afterschool Program. As you may already know, this year All-4-One is at ParkStreetSchool and combined efforts with the SpringfieldSchool District and Child Development Division to offer a FULL range of programming opportunities in a safe, supportive environment. We hope you and your child(ren) will join us afterschool.

THE All-4-One program continues to work toward helping students’ foster personal growth, obtain new skills and allowing the opportunity for free play in a pro-social environment. In addition, we hope to help meet the child-care needs of families while providing opportunities for students to explore their interests and fortify their education outside of the classroom.

Our Fourth session continues some clubs and yet adds new spice to the brochure with new clubs on certain days.

Please choose ONLY ONE club a day but if you can not decide please rate 1st, 2nd, or 3rd choice! You can only enroll in ONE per day!

Please read through the brochure carefully. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me personally. I am always welcome to new ideas for programs and any constructive feedback you have to offer. Thanks  Tami Stagner
