ALCOHOL AND DRUG COUNSELING

Path to Purple Articulation Agreement between Rochester Community and Technical College (RCTC) & Winona State University (WSU). First two years provide Associate in Sciences (A.S.) degree in Human Services Alcohol and Drug Studies at RCTC; the second two years provide Bachelor of Social Work degree (BSW) degree in Social Work at WSU.
