CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Please read carefully as these conditions are non-negotiable.

  1. The entry form must be fully completed and signed by the entrant and fees must accompany the entry form.

Entry closing date is 14th September 2013

Please note *Late entries cannot be accepted*

ENTRY FEE: $20 per entry Miniatures: $10 per entry

  1. Each Competitor is limited to a total of FOUR (4) entries in the Exhibition. These entries may be in the same section.
  1. The size of any hanging work must not exceed 90cm x 90cm (including frame). A complete diptych/triptych etc must comply with this size limit.
  1. Exhibits must be ready to hang/display. (Please do not use single strand brass wire, fishing line or loose staples). D Hooks on the back MUST be used.

Sculpture/pottery must be of manageable size and weight.

Entries of an unstable nature or considered to be a hazard to patrons may not be accepted.

  1. Each item must be clearly marked with title, medium, entrant’s name, address, contact phone numbers, price and section number.
  1. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE FOR SALE and a commission of 20% will be charged on all sales. Artists will be paid by cheque within 30 days of the exhibition closing.
  1. All entries complying with entry conditions will be judged. Prizes may not be awarded if there are insufficient entries in any category or the judge considers the standard of work inadequate.
  1. Work will be hung/displayed as space permits. Although every endeavour will be made to display all entries, the final decision remains at the discretion of the committee.
  1. Entrants agree to permit reproduction of their work for promotional purposes.
  1. While all care is taken, exhibitors are reminded that The Committee does not take responsibility for any loss or damage. Insurance of exhibits is the entrant’s responsibility.
