Represent the Company and enhance relationships in dealings with clients, consultants and vendors.
Review contract documents and administering all issues related to the project in conjunction with project specification and in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures
Identify the scope of work for any additional works and technical upgrades not covered in the contract to enhance the project deliverables, customer satisfaction and improve Company’s revenue.
Monitor all Sub-contractors work (HVAC works along with plumbing, firefighting system and electrical works) closely to ensure that the quality of the work is as per specification and schedule.
Negotiate subcontract agreements, purchase orders and general contracts with clients.
Liaise with planning engineer regarding all aspects of project works for progress monitoring, updating schedules and look-ahead schedules.
Prepare monthly progress and attending weekly construction meeting
Lead a Project team to ensure timeframes and customer satisfaction are met.
Bill Preparing and Payment follow ups.
TechnicalResponsibilities attended to:
Review the contract drawings and specifications.
Review of Materials submittals compliance with contract requirements and submitted as per approved Project Construction schedule.
Review of Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) are submitted to Contractor and ensure its compliance with all contract requirements.
Place the purchase orders on approved suppliers and following up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials ensuring the requirements of project are met.
Regular visits to Project site to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report any deviations to Quality Control Manager
Ensure full coordination between all other disciplines / Trades has been carried out for all External and Internal MEP services
Look after the installation of Chilled water pipe main Risers and Stainless steel Risers with maintaining all necessary Q.C documentation related to the work under direct control and coordinate daily site inspections.
Attend site technical Meetings with Contractor and Weekly Progress Meetings
Ensure safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and are fully enforced.
