The Alabama Council of Community Mental Health Boards invites your company/organization to participate in the 2017 Spring Ethics & Administrative Training and Tradeshow through our Exhibit Format and Corporate Sponsorship. The 2017 Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at the Hyatt Regency ~ The Wynfrey Hotel, Birmingham, Alabama.

The 2017 attendees will be decision-makers of the community mental health agencies and other professionals in the State of Alabama. We expect approximately 250 attendees including Executive Directors, CEO’s, Clinical Directors and other Mental Health Professionals. This Conference will feature ethics training for clinicians and administrative training for executive directors, administrative managers, and support staff. The hours of this Training Conference: Ethics Training & Administrative Training is Wednesday, May 3, 2017 from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm ~ 6-hours CE credit available are available for the Ethics Training. The Council will not award CE credits for the Administrative Track.

In the Exhibitor Registration Fee at this year’s Conference, you will be provided with an exhibit package consisting of: (1)– skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 ID sign, signage at the conference, and inclusion in the Conference Program as a sponsor of the Training. Please email a signed Exhibitor Form today. You may forward your payment later. Please note that your booth will be secured once we receive the exhibitor registration form & fee. Please return no later than April 1st.

Also, if you wish to receive CE credit you may attend the Ethics Training on Wednesday. The Administration Training will offer no CE credits. You may register for either or neither. Each of these trainings have separate fees and registrations. Space is limited. See Conference Registrations below. This is separate from the Exhibitor Registration Fee.

HOTEL TIME SENSITIVE: We have a special hotel room block with a conference rate of $119.00. To secure this rate please make your reservations ASAP or no later than April 1st. See Hotel Registration Below.

We believe the 2017 Spring Meeting at the Hyatt Regency ~ The Wynfrey Hotel, Birmingham, AL will be a success through the participation of organizations such as yours. I hope to hear from you soon.
