New Mexico Rail Runner Express The New Mexico Rail Runner Express (NMRX) is a commuter rail system serving the metropolitan areas of Albuquerque and Santa Fe, NM. The Rail maintains a depot in the Railyard and has a drop off/pick up depot at the Albuquerque Sunport (Airport).

THE SANTA FE PICK-UP
a great way for train passengers to get around once they step off the Rail Runner Express, or others who want a fast, free way to get around downtown. The routes start and end in front of the former New Mexico Film Museum (the old Jean Cocteau Cinema, owned by Game of Thrones author George RR Martin) on Montezuma Avenue and run counter-clockwisearound downtown with stops at:

The Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi (a block away from the Drury)
The Main Library / City Hall
The Santa Fe Community Convention Center / Santa Fe Plaza

Four stops on Canyon Road

Stops are marked "Pick It Up Here." An entire route takes about 20 minutes. By request, the shuttle drops off passengers at other places along the route, if it is safe to stop there.

The mission of the North Central Regional Transit District is to provide safe, secure and effective public transportation within North Central New Mexico in order to enhance the quality of life of our citizens by providing mobility options and spur economic development throughout the region.
The Drury Plaza Hotelis located near the Santa Fe Plaza. Single or double room rate will be $129 + tax. Included in the rate are valet parking, hot breakfast, and an evening menu of free hot/cold food and drinks. There is hiking or jogging at the Hillside Park or along the river at Alameda St. There are numerous coffee shops, museums, churches, shops, and all kinds of people watching to be done within walking distance of the Drury.
