5. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA). The following knowledge, skills and abilities will be used to determine the best-qualified applicants. ****ADDRESS ALL KSA AREAS ON A SEPARATE SHEET OF PAPER AND SUBMIT WITH THE APPLICATION****

a. Knowledge on scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance requirements, working knowledge of On Line Vehicle Interactive Management Systems (OLVIMS). The ability to assemble and prepare all necessary data for analysis reports and briefings and analyze maintenance data identifies trends and deviations.

b. Ability to reviews work-orders to determine and prioritize repair requirements. Initiates work orders and monitors shop workflow. Ensures work is authorized and completed in a timely manner.

c. Skill in Monitoring and tracking all contract maintenance. Tracks status of vehicles and equipment deadlines for parts, depot repair requirements, warranty programs, and material deficiency program.

d. Has working knowledge of a fleet management program (AFIS) and can assist Vehicle Maintenance Superintendent (VMS) in setting priorities of vehicle replacement.

e. Ability to assign work to mechanics as designated by the VMS, keeps VMS informed of any maintenance issues or problems.

f. Has working knowledge of the ANG and Air Force Management Neighborhood on the Air Force Portal to submit all daily, monthly and quarterly reports to the NGB.

g. The ability to download fuel issues from the Purple Hub Website and upload them in (OLVIMS) for processing.

The area of consideration is open to current on-board AGRs, all ID ANG AGR’s application packages will be forwarded to the selecting supervisor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. This position is located in the Air National Guard, Logistics Readiness Squadron, Vehicle Management Flight. The primary purpose of this position is to perform preliminary planning, long term scheduling, and analysis, for the utilization and maintenance of a variety of general and special purpose vehicles and equipment (i.e., special purpose vehicles include fire trucks, K loaders, de-icing trucks, large snow blowers). In addition serves as the Base Fleet Manager.
