Knockanure Community Alert members will be distributing a newsletter to all homes within the Townlands of Knockanure in the coming weeks regarding Community texting. Please fill out the form and return it as soon as possible. Knockanure Community Alert has the safety and security of all parishioners to the foremost

Active Retirement Day at Knockanure Community Centre.

The next social day for the Active Retirement takes place on Monday 11th November, 2013.

Come and enjoy a hot meal followed by music and dance. 10 euro. All Welcome.

Moyvane Development Association;

Our “21st “ Village Festival was a huge success, especially the opening night with “Marquee dancing”, reeling back the years to the era of the Famous Carnivals. We wish to say a “Big Thank You” to all our patrons who attended the many events, Boro Buffet, Concert, Kiddy Halloween Party etc. Thanks to our Sponsors, Moyvane G.A.A. Club, All the R.S.S. TUS, Fas workers, volunteers and committee members who did fantastic work organising the venues over the Bank Holiday Weekend.

Creamery Social

The Creamery Social will be held this year in the Devon Inn on Friday 15th November, 2013. Tickets on sale at the Creamery Office.

Moyvane I.C.A.

The annual shopping trip to Cork is on Wednesday 4th December. Bus leaving at 7.00am. Cost of bus is €16. Names and money to Eileen Roche 49337.

The North Kerry Eagles Special Olympics Club wishes to thank most sincerely all those who contributed so generously to our recent Church Gate Collection. Amounted collected €753, also a special thanks to all the collectors.

A new stop smoking support group will commence at the Listowel Family Resource Centre every Monday evening from November 4th - December 9th at 6.30pm. Further details from Mary on 066 7195617.

Kerry Autism Action will hold their monthly meeting at the Listowel Family Resource Centre on Friday November 8th from 10am.

The Annual November Mass for Patients including those who died by stillbirth and miscarriage in Kerry General Hospital during the year, will be celebrated in the Hospital Chapel on Monday 4th November at 7.30pm. Relatives and friends are invited.
