Times: Monday night 7.30pm (after the evening meal) to Friday mid- afternoon

Costs: (All prices include GST) $1500 for first person from a site, $1400 for any extra people

Food, accommodation (in a residential campsite environment), supply of horses & tack, personal workbooks; ‘Statements of Attainment’ from the SIS10 Training Package; qualifications (as attained) & 3 years’ Horse Safety Australia Membership Plus (for the first person from a site) the Site Pack which are sample Standard Operating Procedures and templates for a horse riding business, and other documents.

To register, please fill in and return the Tax Invoice on p. 2 and pay your $200 deposit.

There will be some paperwork to do before attending the clinic, to help complete theassessment processes. This will be sent to you a few weeks before the clinic on the receipt of your deposit. The balance of your fees will be due on the first day of the clinic. These final payments can be made by direct debit prior to the clinic, or by cash/cheque on the first day. (NO EFTPOS) Refunds of full payments will not be available after the end of the first full day of the clinic.

Travel and accommodation

You will be responsible for your own travel. Normally participants live-in (the accommodation is bunkhouse in style) as the clinic includes evening programs and preparation. (There is no reduction in the fees for staying off site). Directions to Mill Valley Ranch will be included with the paperwork sent to you. The regional train to Tynong travels from Melbourne, and transfers can be arranged from Tynong station to transport you to and from the site.

Please copy the form and send a separate copy for each participant if there are multiple attendees from you site. N.B. The first participant pays $1500 and any others are $1400 each. The deposit amount is the same for all participants.
