SUMMER VACATION EXCURSION FOR CLASS VI, VII, VIII

5 – DAYS EDUCATIONAL TOUR TO PACHMARHI & BHIMBETKA

Detailed Itinerary:

Day 01 (18/5/15): Reporting time in school at 11am. Transfer to New Delhi station at 11:30 am;board NDLS JBP Superfast Express for Pipariya at 2pm. Dinner & overnight in the train.

Day 02 (19/5/15):Reach Pipariya by 4:30am. Board jeeps & transfer to Pachmarhi. Reach Pachmarhi in approximately 2 hours, & check into a hotel. After breakfast drive to visit V valley, Bee fall, Handi Khoh & Bison Museum. Return to the hotel for lunch. After lunch drive to visit Dhoopgarh, highest peak in the Satpura range -see a spectacular view of the sunset. Dinner & overnight at the hotel.

Day 03 (20/5/15):Breakfast. After breakfast half day sightseeing in open air bus. Return to the hotel. After lunch visit Jata Shankar and Pandav caves. Evening enjoy music & dance. Dinner & overnight at the hotel.

Day 04 (21/5/15):Breakfast. Morning at leisure. Lunch. After lunch drive back to Bhopal. En route visit the Bhimbetka shelters exhibit the earliest traces of human life in India. Some of the stone age rock paintingsfound among the Bhimbetka rock shelters are approximately 30,000 years old ( Paleolithic Age). After early dinner transfer to Habibganj Station to Board Bhopal Express for New Delhi at 9pm. Overnight in the train.

Day 05 (22/5/15):Packed breakfast will be served on board the train. Reach Hazrat Nizamuddin station by 8am. Transfer to school.

NOTE:Railway booking can be done only once the exact group size is decided. Therefore, the train booking is subject to availability. Itinerary and dates may be changed accordingly.

Package Cost: Rs.7250/- per student (cheque payment only).

TOUR DATES: 18/5/2015- 22/5/2015 (Tentative: subject to reservation)

Cost Includes: To & fro by 3 tier a/c sleeper train fare, All Meals (Breakfast, lunch, dinner), Transportation by Jeeps/Coach, Guide, all entrance etc.

Cost Does not Include: Medical, Insurance, Day 01 lunch, telephone Calls and any other expense of personal nature.

The excursion cost will be collected in two installments: 1st installment of Rs.1500/- to be paid to the Class Teacher on 15/4/15 (booking amount, non-refundable); 2nd installment to be paid on 01/5/15.

Cancellation Charges will be as follows:

• Cancellation 15 days before tour commencement : 50% of tour cost will be refunded
• Cancellation 7 days before tour commencement : 25% of tour cost will be refunded
• Cancellation less than 7 days before tour commencement: No Refund
