The parties have informed each other of any other agreements concerning the project, or agreements that have been made earlier with the doctoral candidate. None of the parties will hinder another party's publication or use of the doctoral candidate's discoveries in accordance with the agreement of April 17th 1970 no. 21 concerning the right to an employee's findings (Norwegian only).

Otherwise ordinary immaterial judicial regulations apply.
